I recently celebrated my birthday! In reflection of the life that has led me to this point and thinking about everything I've experienced over the years, I decided to share the most important lessons I've learned so far.

Actress and Comedian Monique recently fell into the spotlight after making statements about how Black women should wear their hair, dress, and carry themselves in public.
